Who We Are
The Institute for Security Preparedness
ISP was founded in 2015 to help Career and Technical Education (CTE) students, active duty military, veterans, and public safety professionals earn industry-recognized certifications that validate real-world knowledge and skills.
As a partner of the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO), ISP provides access to the nationally recognized Certified Protection Officer (CPO) credential. ISP also offers two Arizona Department of Education A–F recognized certifications: Crime Scene Management (CSM) and Animal Decontamination Certification (ADC).
Together, these programs provide students with real-world, hands-on skills aligned with careers in public safety, security, forensics, corrections, veterinary science, agriculture, and homeland security.
